You don't need to spend too much money and time in a studio with a shit hot producer to create beautiful atmospheric music. Lil' Chief records' band 'Cool Rainbows' is proof of that. "Southern Summer Sun" is from their debut album 'Whale Rocket' released early 2012.... a buried treasure.
