'Love Inks' are a band from Austin featuring the sweet vocals of Sherry LeBlanc. Their debut album 'E.S.P' has just been released and my E.S.P tells me that you won't be able to stop playing this album. It was recorded on reel-to-reel tape at Sherry LeBlanc's home. It may be minimal, but doesn't come across as a typical DIY lo-fi recording. The single "Blackeye" is an instantly appealing pop song with the simple drum machine beats keeping it all together... beautifully. The greatest band that no-one's heard of... yet.
