Chicago band 'Scattered Trees' recently released their debut album 'Sympathy' and the title reflects the mood of the album, which is loss, tragedy, death and mourning. "Love and Leave" is certainly about loss and sadness, but the sound is upbeat and turns out to be a pop gem. Their debut may be introspective and therapeutic, but it carries enough weight to establish themselves as a band with a big future.
