Kate Nash has the ability to tell a story in her songs that a lot of people can relate to. Her lyrics are as real as her English accent, which isn't disguised at all in her songs. With "We Get On" she tells the story of a cheating boyfriend and her friends supporting her with their revelations of disliking him from the start.... from there, she watches a bit of CSI and tries to convince herself that he doesn't matter to her. It is a bitter tale, which is expressed with some passion. It has some great lines that I was going to paste below.... but it's much more powerful hearing it from the heart. This live piano version is my preference and it is also the one played on Bitter FM.
